Terms & Conditions for Amour Artelia
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of [Event Center Name] ("Venue") by the Renter ("Client"). By signing the rental agreement, the Client agrees to adhere to all terms set forth below2. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full [number] days before the event date.

2.3. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
3.1. A refundable security deposit of [amount] is required to cover potential damages.

4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing.

8.1. The Client is responsible for any damage to the Venue or property during the rental period.

9.1. If alcohol is served, the Client must comply with all liquor licensing laws.
9.2. All food and beverages must be supplied by [list approved vendors or state if outside catering is allowed].10. CLEAN UP & TRASH DISPOSAL
10.1. The Client is responsible for leaving the Venue in the same condition as received.
10.2. All trash must be disposed of in designated areas.
