Terms & Conditions for Amour Artelia

1. 1. Introduction

   These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of [Event Center Name] ("Venue") by the Renter ("Client"). By signing the rental agreement, the Client agrees to adhere to all terms set forth below

2. 2. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

   2.1. A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full [number] days before the event date.
   2.2. Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods].
   2.3. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation

3. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

   3.1. A refundable security deposit of [amount] is required to cover potential damages.
   3.2. The security deposit will be refunded within [number] days after the event, provided there is no damage or violation of the Agreement.

4. 4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

   4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing.
   4.2. If the Client cancels at least [number] days before the event, [percentage]% of the total amount will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable deposit).4.3. Cancellations made less than [number] days before the event are non-refundable

5. 5. EVENT TIMING AND OVERTIME FEES

   5.1. The rental period includes setup and cleanup time.
   5.2. Events must start and end at the agreed times. Overtime usage is subject to an additional fee of [amount] per hour.

6. 6. USE OF VENUE

   6.1. The Client is responsible for ensuring the Venue is used appropriately.
   6.2. The Client must comply with all applicable laws, including noise restrictions and capacity limits. 6.3. No illegal activities, including drug use or underage drinking, are permitted. 6.4. Smoking is [allowed/not allowed] inside the Venue.

7. 7. DECORATIONS AND ALTERATIONS

   7.1. No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives may be used to attach decorations.
   7.2. All decorations must be removed immediately after the event.
   7.3. Confetti, glitter, and open flames (except candles in holders) are [allowed/not allowed].

8. 8. LIABILITY & DAMAGES

   8.1. The Client is responsible for any damage to the Venue or property during the rental period.
   8.2. The Venue is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Client or attendees

9. 9. ALCOHOL & CATERING

   9.1. If alcohol is served, the Client must comply with all liquor licensing laws.
   9.2. All food and beverages must be supplied by [list approved vendors or state if outside catering is allowed].

10. 10. CLEAN UP & TRASH DISPOSAL

    10.1. The Client is responsible for leaving the Venue in the same condition as received.
    10.2. All trash must be disposed of in designated areas.
    10.3. A cleaning fee of [amount] may be charged if additional cleaning is required.

11. 11. FORCE MAJEURE

    11.1. The Venue is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies

12. 12. INDEMNIFICATION

    12.1. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event

13. 12. GOVERNING LAW

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].

14. 13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    By signing below, the Client agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement.
